What should I do before my appointment at Pro Facial?

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This allows you to relax and prepare for your treatment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure that each client receives the full attention and time they deserve.

What is your deposit policy?

All appointments require a $25 deposit at the time of booking, which will be deducted from the total cost of your service. Please note that deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred if you need to reschedule your appointment. If you fail to show up for your appointment without notifying us, you will forfeit your deposit and will need to book a new appointment with a new deposit.

What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?

We require at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you fail to show up for your appointment without giving us 24 hours’ notice, we reserve the right to retain your deposit.

Can I bring a companion, child, or pet to my appointment?

For safety and sanitation reasons, we cannot allow friends, children, or pets in the studio at any time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy.

Are your prices fixed?

Our prices are subject to change at any time. We strive to provide competitive pricing for our high-quality services.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash and credit cards (Visa/MC). Unfortunately, we do not accept checks.

What is your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds. We strive to provide exceptional service and satisfaction for all our clients. However, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
